How do I create an account?

How do I cancel/terminate the account?
A user can cancel/terminate his/her account at any time under Account Settings, “Plan” section. Cancellation will come into effect at the beginning of the next payment cycle as selected by the user’s plan.
Can I change my Account information?
A user can update, correct, or cancel any account information such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name & Password at any time by accessing the account setting page in the upper-right hand corner of the platform. The change will not reflect immediately, and it may take up to 24 to 48 hrs. A user cannot change his/her email id.
Does the platform have downtime?
The platform will give an advance electronic notice if there is a planned downtime. Ensuring that the platform is available for users 24/7, DataMyth will provide support during downtimes. If any unavailability is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or labor problems, Internet service provider failures or delays, or denial of service attacks, the required support will be provided to get the platform back on track.
What is the difference between a Free Trial and a Paid account?
- A Free Trial is a temporary restricted access to try out the platform without paying a fee; A user can get a maximum of 7 days where he can create a client under which he can integrate 2 channels. The user can download a maximum of 3 reports (any channel). User doesn’t have to provide credit card details to create & use “Free Trial.”
- Once the Free Trial period (7 days) is over, the user will have to select a package listed on the pricing tab on the tool. While upgrading to a paid package, a user will have to provide Credit Card information. A user can create more than 1 client for an account based on the package selected. All the paid packages come with unlimited reports and a user can integrate all available channels.
Will DataMyth continue adding channels for integration or is the provided list final?
DataMyth is constantly working to integrate more channels which help users collaborate with all their marketing channels, identifying what is working and what is not.
What does a “Client” mean under my account?
A user can add multiple clients under his account based on the package selected. Under a client, users can integrate channels associated with the client.
How many channels can I integrate for a client under free trial?
Users can integrate 2 channels for the client under free trial.
How many reports can I download per month?
Irrespective of the package selected, users can download unlimited reports for each channel for all clients.
How can I pay and how am I billed?
A valid credit card is required while you subscribe to a plan, and the monthly subscription will be automatically deducted every month based on the date of subscription to the tool. After the Free Trial, the user must select a plan. Different rates apply to different Plans.
What happens if I want to change plans?
A user has the right to change plans (upgrade or downgrade) at any time by selecting a new plan in the ‘settings section’. In such events, the user’s credit card will automatically be charged for the next payment interval with the rate stipulated in the new plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
As of now, the company does not provide annual billing.
What is a Free Trial and how long can I use it?
Free Trial is a temporary restricted access to try out the platform without paying a fee; A user can get a maximum of 7 days of free usage.
Is our data secure?
DataMyth maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality, and integrity of Personal Data. This includes firewalls, password protection, and other access and authentication controls. SSL technology is used to encrypt data during transmission through the public internet.
Does DataMyth store client data?
NO! Using the API, DataMyth fetches data from various sources and visualizes it for the user to easily comprehend. A user is solely responsible for their data and the consequences of including it on or through DataMyth. Users affirm, represent, and warrant that they either own their Client Data or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize.
